About the Role

Kura Homes is seeking a
dynamic and organized Senior HR Executive
to handle
end-to-end recruitment and HR operations
across departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong hiring expertise, people management skills, and the ability to work closely with business heads to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition.

This role is best suited for
non-IT HR professionals
with experience in
real estate, construction, manufacturing, or service-based industries
who can manage multiple hiring mandates independently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring Execution

  • Partner with the
    Senior HR Manager
    and department heads to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
  • Manage the
    entire recruitment process
    – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, final selection, and offer rollout.
  • Utilize multiple hiring channels – job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks.
  • Build and maintain a
    database of suitable candidates
    for recurring roles.
  • Ensure
    timely closures
    while maintaining a professional candidate experience.

2. HR Coordination & Onboarding

  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities, documentation, and background verification.
  • Support onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, recruitment trackers, and reports.

3. Process & Reporting

  • Prepare and present
    weekly hiring updates
    and dashboards to management.
  • Help streamline HR and recruitment processes, including HRMS/ATS setup and documentation.
  • Draft professional job descriptions and maintain standard HR templates.

4. Employee Engagement Support

  • Assist in HR coordination, communication, and engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact between employees and the HR department for day-to-day matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in
    Human Resources / Business Administration
    .
  • 4–6 years of experience
    in end-to-end recruitment and HR coordination (non-IT hiring preferred).
  • Experience in
    real estate, construction, infrastructure, or similar sectors
    is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
