Expertise in succession planning to ensure leadership continuity and professional growth within the company. Skilled in performance management to align employees' goals with company objectives and drive productivity. Payroll processing expertise (Mandatory skill) for accurate and timely compensation management. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives and growth plans. Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with all employment-related laws and regulations while managing risk and liability. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture. Manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance throughout the organization. Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention. Facilitate effective succession planning to prepare future leaders within the company. Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
