The Human Resources Assistant will assist in various day-to-day HR activities, including managing HR records, HRMS, benefits administration, and employee training. The role will also involve supporting HR management with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.QualificationsSkills in Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementProficiency with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS)Experience in Benefits Administration and TrainingProficiency in Payroll Generation and Knowledge in all the CompliancesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentPrevious experience in the food industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
