Objectives of this role:

The Staffing Sales/ Business development Manager is responsible for acquiring and servicing accounts in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales/staffing background and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities:

ü Acquire and service customer accounts in the assigned territory

ü Build strong business relationships with key accounts and continuously seek new opportunities to grow business within the territory

ü Act as a liaison between clients and recruiting delivery team, and maintain positive customer relations

ü Present to current and prospective clients to educate them on services and obtain referrals for business

ü Work to assure mutual goal setting and achievement standards with the agency projects concerned professional attitude, and appearance toward agency staff, referral sources, candidates, and the general public

ü Participate in the agency's performance/quality improvement program

ü Attain goals as outlined in the annual performance evaluation

ü Provide knowledge, education, and in-services when necessary

ü Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the management

Skills and qualifications:

ü Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred

ü Minimum of 1 to 6 years of experience in staffing, sales or account management

ü Knowledge of the staffing industry

ü Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
