As a Specialist at Interactive Avenues, you will play a vital role in the Performance Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include: - Creation of keywords and ad copies - Handling billing and trafficking tasks - Conducting quality assurance checks - Optimizing search campaigns for better performance - Staying updated with search engine and PPC industry trends - Analyzing campaign performance and providing insights to clients - Utilizing AdWords and Facebook editors for bulk actions - Understanding user segments through Google scripts & Data Studio - Mentoring new trainees and junior team members To succeed in this role, you should have a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent writing, math, organization, and communication skills are essential. It is beneficial to have experience in social media paid media management, a willingness to learn about search and social media marketing, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
