Key Responsibilities

The Parking Manager will develop and implement comprehensive parking policies and procedures that balance tenant needs with operational efficiency. This includes managing daily parking operations across multiple commercial office buildings and retail centers, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining accurate records of parking utilization and revenue.

Revenue optimization represents a critical component of this role. The manager will monitor parking rates and occupancy patterns, recommend pricing adjustments based on market conditions and demand analysis, and identify opportunities to increase parking revenue through enhanced services or improved space allocation. Regular financial reporting and budget management for parking operations will be essential.

Operational excellence requires hands-on management of parking enforcement protocols, coordination with security teams, and oversight of parking equipment including payment systems, access controls, and monitoring technology. The manager will also handle tenant and visitor concerns, resolve parking disputes, and ensure smooth traffic flow throughout the properties.
