Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented
Finance Manager
to lead debt & equity fundraising, and investor/lender relations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
financial modeling, fundraising, and debt management
, along with strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
Experience in project funding will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Modeling & Forecasting:
  • Develop comprehensive financial models including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections to support business planning and investor evaluations.
  • Fundraising (Debt & Equity):
  • Lead and assist in raising
    debt and equity funds
    for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Prepare Investment Memorandums, Pitch Decks, Financial Projections, CMA Data and financial analysis.
  • Manage the
    entire fundraising cycle
    — from investor/lender identification to documentation, compliance, and disbursement.
  • Lender & Investor Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and investors
    .
  • Manage ongoing lender communications, drawdowns, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Strategic Financial Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior management to design financial strategies for new projects, assess capital structures, and ensure alignment with company growth goals.
  • Compliance & Coordination:
  • Ensure adherence to all financial and statutory compliances related to funding, utilization, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, and lenders to facilitate timely financial closures.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Conduct regular financial analysis, to support decision-making and investor/lender confidence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
  • MBA/PGDM (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Experience:
  • 3–4 years of experience in corporate finance, fundraising, or investment management.
  • Must have successfully participated in at least one debt or equity fundraise.
  • Proven ability to
    manage lender relationships and debt documentation
    .
  • Project Funding experience will be a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong command over financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, comparable analysis, etc.).
  • Sound understanding of credit processes, loan structuring, and compliance frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under deadlines.
