Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Trainee Helpdesk role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing and resolving day-to-day help desk-related queries, providing customer support, and ensuring smooth operation. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of issues and resolutions, and working collaboratively with the team to provide efficient solutions.

• Experience or knowledge in Help Desk Support, or Customer Support
• Skills in providing Customer Support and managing user interactions effectively
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach
