Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic
General Sales Executive
with excellent communication skills to manage inbound sales for our SaaS products. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads and customer inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product demos and explain key features and benefits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead flow and user experience.
Requirements:
- MBA qualification is mandatory
. - 0–3 years of experience in inbound sales (SaaS preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand customer challenges and offer effective solutions.
- Experience working with CRM tools and online communication platforms.
