Job Title: Employee Experience - Deputy Manager
Role Summary
The Executive – Employee Experience will play a pivotal role in implementing employee engagement initiatives aligned with the People Function strategy. This role involves gathering and analyzing employee feedback, supporting engagement surveys, managing engagement platforms, and coordinating recognition events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing employee experience and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Wellness & Experience
- Support the execution of the annual employee experience calendar.
- Coordinate with consultants to administer engagement surveys.
- Develop communication strategies to drive survey participation.
- Analyze survey results across demographics and support action planning.
- Assist in designing and managing organization-wide engagement initiatives and events.
Employee Feedback Mechanisms
- Design and administer feedback channels (e.g., BeyondWorkBoundries, Oneworld Networks).
- Analyze feedback data and prepare actionable reports.
- Collaborate with tech team to manage tools for seamless engagement tracking.
Rewards & Recognition
- Assist in planning and executing recognition ceremonies in alignment with company culture.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely and impactful event delivery.
Strategic Contributions
- Benchmark best practices in employee engagement and wellness.
- Contribute to the development of the annual operating plan for employee experience and wellness.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical & Functional Skills
- Knowledge of employee engagement frameworks and tools.
- Experience in program/event management.
- Proficiency in survey design, administration, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with tech platforms would be lovely

Qualifications:
- MBA in HR
- 2–4 years of HR generalist or employee experience.
