Miratech is seeking a dynamic and passionate Employee Experience Partner to join our team for 12-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Consult managers of business units in regards of strategic and operational people management matters.
- Advise managers and facilitate in resolving complex situations related to their teams.
- Analyse data, HR metrics, and understand (labour) market trends to suggest optimal solutions as applied to business process design, to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Drive an increase in employee engagement within your business units with which you partner.
- Initiate and lead projects related to change management and to be an agent of change for business efficiency.
- Provide support at all stages of talent management: onboarding, development review, C&B, terminations, L&D, resolving complex situations related to the teams, promotion, and managing burnout risks.
- Perform other duties as may be required, consistent with the purpose of this role.
- Experience as an HRBP or Employee Experience Partner, previous experience in office coordination, or employee engagement is a plus.
- Team-oriented mindset with a customer-service approach.
- Skills in consulting, facilitation, and problem-solving, ability to influence and build trust.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time-management skills.
- Experience in an international, multicultural environment.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
