We ensure that every touchpoint in an employee's journey – from onboarding to day-to-day engagement – is seamless, meaningful, and aligned with ADA's values and business goals.
As an Employee Experience Partner, you will be responsible for enhancing the workplace experience for our India team, ensuring smooth office operations, executing engagement initiatives, and driving employee satisfaction. This role is ideal for a people-focused professional who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
What will you do?
- Facility, Administrative, and Vendor Management:
- Oversee office administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and a conducive work atmosphere.
- Steward facility resources, including F&B services, office interiors, and space utilisation, maintaining the ADA standard.
- Monitor budget expenditures with a keen eye on maximising value.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely services and quality deliverables.
- Periodically assess and ensure the upkeep of the office environment to meet and exceed ADA standards.
- Onboarding and Integration:
- Champion the onboarding process for new hires, functioning as the nexus between hiring managers, HR, and the new employee.
- Coordinate orientation logistics and facilitate the distribution of welcome swag items.

Employee ID & Access Management:
- Manage the end-to-end employee ID administration process, ensuring secure access and timely updates.
- Streamline the inventory and quality check of ID.
- Technological Integration:
- Stay adept with HR technology systems and processes and maintain a close rapport with HR Shared Services to drive efficiency.
- Employee Engagement:
- Collaborate with the rest of the HR functions and leaders to curate a work environment that thrives on inclusivity and engagement.
- Spearhead local HR initiatives, including but not limited to employee engagement drives, recognition programs, and tailor-made projects.
- Extend guidance and mentorship to managers on fostering an environment conducive to employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Data and Strategy:
- Dive deep into data, extracting insights that can guide strategic decisions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, ensuring ADA remains a paragon of best practices in employee experience.
- Insurance Management:
- Lead the insurance renewal processes for local operations, encompassing both medical and office insurance.
- Engage with insurance vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal coverage and cost efficiency.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and best value.
What will you need?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR, ideally with a focus on employee experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and execute initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
