Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with strong expertise in Recruitment and HR Operations. The role requires managing end-to-end talent acquisition, employee life cycle management, compliance, and operational HR processes to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within defined timelines.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements.

HR Operations & Employee Engagement:

  • Oversee employee life cycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits.

  • Manage HR policies, processes, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

  • Maintain HR records, HRMS, and employee database with accuracy.

  • Drive employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.

  • Address employee grievances and act as a mediator when required.

Performance Management & Training:

  • Facilitate goal-setting, appraisal processes, and performance reviews.

  • Work with leadership to identify training needs and organize L&D programs.

  • Monitor and track employee performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

HR Compliance & Administration:

  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).

  • Draft and implement HR policies and SOPs.

  • Handle disciplinary actions, warning letters, and policy adherence.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  1. Recruitment Efficiency – % of positions closed within TAT (Turnaround Time).

  2. Retention & Engagement – Employee turnover ratio and engagement scores.

  3. Process Excellence – Accuracy and timeliness in HR operations & payroll support.

  4. Compliance – 100% statutory and policy compliance with zero non-conformities.

  5. Performance Management – Timely completion of appraisals and feedback processes.

  6. Training & Development – Execution of planned training programs and participation rates.

  7. Employee Satisfaction – Improvement in satisfaction survey scores.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information.
