  • Design and implement communication solutions using Salesforce Communication Cloud.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopes.
  • Develop APIs and integrations with third-party applications and services.
  • Customize Salesforce features to enhance user engagement and streamline workflows.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Maintain and improve existing Salesforce Communication Cloud implementations.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams and end-users.
  • Ensure data integrity and security in line with organizational policies.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new functionalities.
  • Document development processes, configurations, and standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practice sharing.

  • Assist in developing user manuals and training materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Salesforce Communication Cloud with other systems.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Communication Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Apex, and SQL.
  • Experience with API development and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience in customizing Salesforce applications.
  • Ability to gather and analyze user requirements effectively.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Salesforce Developer or Architect certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Visualforce is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data migration, and data management best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems like GIT.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
