Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, optimize, and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) components including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Cloud Pages.
  • Build and customize responsive email templates, landing pages, and microsites using
    HTML, CSS, AMPscript

, and
SSJS

.
- Create and implement
automated email journeys, customer segmentation, and personalized communication flows

.
- Set up and maintain data extensions, audience segmentation, and relational data models.
- Use
SQL queries

within SFMC to manage, clean, and transform campaign data.
- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other platforms using
APIs, Marketing Cloud Connect

, and other integration tools.
- Monitor deliverability, campaign performance, and automation workflows while ensuring best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within automations, journeys, and campaign configurations.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in
    Salesforce Marketing Cloud development

- Strong proficiency in
AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS

, and
SQL

for data manipulation.
- Experience with
Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio

, and related SFMC modules.
- Good understanding of
Marketing Cloud Connect

and CRM integrations.
- Experience working with segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization logic.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) is a plus.
- Salesforce Certification in
Marketing Cloud Email Specialist / Marketing Cloud Developer

preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
