Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration:

  • Oversee and maintain Salesforce CRM, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions and security settings.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce by creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and Flows.
  • Handle Salesforce configuration changes, including page layouts, record types, and apps.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Execute data management tasks including imports, exports, de-duplication, and cleansing. Perform regular data audits and data cleansing to ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices

Salesforce Development:

  • Architect, build, test, and deploy tailored solutions leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Triggers, and other Salesforce tools.
  • Customize and extend Salesforce functionality using declarative tools like Flows
  • Connect Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware for seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related functionality and performance issues efficiently.

Preferred knowledge of Sales cloud, Service cloud and Marketing cloud.

Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications are preferred.

Preferred knowledge of Sales cloud, Service cloud and Marketing cloud.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.

4 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin and Developer.
