  • Required 2 to 3 years of experience as A/R Trainer and over experience of 5-6 years in US healthcare with any graduation.
  • Deep understanding of the entire scope of medical billing with specialization in AR.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to explain complex AR concepts clearly.
  • Ability to interpret AR reports, identify patterns (e.g., denials), and develop training programs based on Quality reports shared.
  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), clearinghouses, and Microsoft Office or LMS platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Accuracy in documenting training sessions, Creating Process Documents, tracking learner progress, Process Knowledge monitoring session and maintaining compliance.
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS), Certified Professional Biller (CPB) will be added advantage (not mandatory).
