We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate SAP FICO Trainer with practical implementation and support experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional SAP FICO Trainer with real-time experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects. The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions to students and working professionals, using live case studies and project-oriented methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver in-depth SAP FICO (FI & CO) module training, including S/4HANA.

Structure training sessions covering SAP configuration, end-user activities, and integration with other modules.

Prepare customized training materials, presentations, and case studies.

Explain real-world project scenarios: AS-IS, TO-BE, Functional Specs, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, Support.

Conduct assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and practical workshops.

Mentor and support learners with mock interviews, resume preparation, and career guidance.

Record sessions or conduct live classroom batches based on mode of delivery.
**Required Skills**:
Minimum of 1 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation project and multiple support projects.

Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, COPA).

Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Previous training/mentoring experience is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP FICO certification (S/4HANA) is desirable.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
