*Job Title:* SAP FICO Trainer (Implementation Level)

*Job Summary:*

*Responsibilities:*

1. Develop comprehensive training programs and materials for SAP FICO implementation, covering key concepts, processes, and best practices.

3. Customize training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants, ranging from beginners to advanced users.

4. Provide hands-on guidance and support to participants during training sessions, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions.

6. Stay updated on the latest SAP FICO features, updates, and industry trends to continuously enhance training programs and materials.

7. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and adjust training methods as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

8. Act as a mentor and advisor to participants, offering guidance on best practices and strategies for successful SAP FICO implementation.

*Requirements:*

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.

2. Proven experience as an SAP FICO consultant or trainer, with a focus on implementation-level training.

3. In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

4. Hands-on experience with SAP implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

6. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants in a classroom or virtual training environment.

7. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and helping others succeed in mastering SAP FICO implementation.

8. SAP certification in FICO or related areas is a plus.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

1. Previous experience developing training materials and curriculum for SAP FICO implementation.

2. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and knowledge of its impact on FICO processes and functionalities.

3. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

4. Experience working with multinational teams or delivering training in a global context.
