Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SAP S/4HANA FICO Trainer to join our training institute. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on, and real-time offline training sessions to students and professionals aspiring to build a career in SAP FICO. The role includes training delivery, preparation of training materials, and guiding students through end-to-end configuration, business processes, and real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured offline classroom training sessions on SAP S/4HANA FICO.
  • Explain core business processes: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre's, Internal Orders, etc.
  • Provide real-time practice with configuration, master data setup, and integration with other modules.
  • Share study materials, assignments, and case studies.
  • Mentor students in their projects and interview preparation.
  • Ensure classroom engagement and support different learning levels.
  • Stay updated on latest S/4HANA FICO features and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in SAP FICO (S/4HANA).
  • Hands-on experience in implementation or support projects.
  • Mandatory prior experience in training or mentoring required.
  • Strong in configuration, integration, and real-time examples.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Telugu).
  • Ability to guide and motivate students from various backgrounds.

Nice to Have:

  • SAP Certification in FICO (Preferred).
  • Exposure to Central Finance or FICO migration projects.
  • Experience conducting mock interviews or placement support.
