**Job Title**:Trainer - Healthcare RCM
**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Trainer to join our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our new hires and existing team members. This role is crucial in ensuring our employees are equipped with the expertise required to deliver high-quality, efficient RCM services.
**Shift Timings**:MID / Night Shift ( Flexible ) - As the training involved for the AR Callers who work in US Shifts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Program Development**:
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, tailored to various aspects of healthcare RCM (e.g., billing, coding, AR follow-up, denial management).
- Regularly update training content to reflect regulatory changes, payer guidelines, and industry best practices.
**Training Delivery**:
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new hires and existing team members in both classroom and virtual settings.
- Facilitate hands-on training for team members to enhance skills in billing, coding, claims management, and use of relevant software/tools.
**Performance Evaluation & Feedback**:
- Assess trainee performance through tests, assessments, and on-the-job observation.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees to ensure thorough understanding and skill improvement.
- Identify knowledge gaps and provide remedial training as needed.
**Compliance & Quality Standards**:
- Ensure all training content adheres to HIPAA, payer requirements, and internal compliance standards.
- Train team members on data security and regulatory compliance relevant to RCM processes.
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and methods.
- Monitor industry trends and RCM updates to ensure training programs stay current.
**Collaboration & Support**:
- Work closely with operations, quality assurance, and HR teams to align training with business objectives.
- Provide support to team leads and managers in identifying team training needs and developing customized learning interventions.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare RCM industry, with at least 2+ years in a training or coaching role. Knowledge in FQHC will be added advantage.
**RCM Knowledge**: Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, denial management, AR processes, and payer guidelines.
**Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with RCM software (e.g., EPIC, TriTech, Brightree, Athena, etc.) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly.
**Training Skills**: Proven ability to deliver effective training sessions and adapt to various learning styles.
**Analytical Skills**: Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and assess trainee performance with a focus on continuous improvement.
**Compliance Knowledge**: Understanding of HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
