About Us

We are a young team of RCM Experts based out of Sri Lanka with over 25 years of collective experience. We are expanding our search for highly skilled talent in India to work with us remotely.

We're looking for Junior Analysts, Analysts & Senior Analysts to join our team. Our packages range from INR 125,000 to INR 375,000 per annum.

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end revenue cycle process, including patient registration, billing, coding, claim submission.
  • Review and process medical claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payer guidelines.
  • Analyze and resolve denied or rejected claims efficiently.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, payers, and internal teams to streamline RCM processes.
  • Maintain accurate patient account records and documentation.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights for process improvement.
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management in India, preferably in laboratory or hospitals, clinics, or RCM service companies.
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), claims processing, and healthcare insurance procedures.
  • Ability to perform AR Calling/Payment Posting and Denial management is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with RCM software and tools (e.g., AMD, Epic, Cerner, Medisoft, Kareo, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of US healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and compliance standards.
