Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on AI & ML Manager to spearhead Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning initiatives across the company's core digital systems. The role involves driving AI/ML adoption from strategy to execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes through automation, predictive insights, and customer-centric innovations.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership

  • Define and own the AI/ML roadmap aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
  • Evaluate current ERP and digital infrastructure for AI/ML readiness and recommend modernization.

  • Promote a data-driven culture across the organization.

  • Project Implementation

  • Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects: data acquisition, model development, deployment, and monitoring.

  • Ensure smooth AI/ML integration with enterprise systems (ERP, Finance, Transport Management, Workflow Automation, Customer Portal, etc.).

  • Infrastructure & Tools

  • Establish infrastructure for model training and deployment (on-premises, cloud, or hybrid).

  • Recommend and implement tools for MLOps, AutoML, NLP, and Computer Vision.

  • Team & Vendor Management

  • Build and lead a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts or manage outsourced vendors.

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard technology partners and solution providers.

  • Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure responsible AI practices, including bias reduction, explainability, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or MBA (IT).
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML.
  • Certifications: Proficiency in MS Office, Data Dashboards, CRM systems. (Advanced certifications in AI/ML preferred).
