Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to own and manage the entire recruitment cycle. You will work closely with founders and team leads to identify talent needs, source candidates, run interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Create and post job descriptions across hiring platforms
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referral programs
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up regularly
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment dashboards
  • Build a strong employer brand and candidate experience
  • Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs
  • Maintain HR records and uphold recruitment process standards

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience as an HR Recruiter (startup experience is a bonus)
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once
  • Knowledge of hiring tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Positive attitude, ownership, and willingness to experiment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
