Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and hands on HR Executive with a strong focus on recruitment and employee management, preferably with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will manage the complete hiring process for sales, marketing, and regional teams while ensuring smooth HR operations, employee relations, and engagement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing and customer relations roles.
  • Understand manpower requirements from different departments and prepare JD and sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and local real estate networks.
  • Conduct HR screening and preliminary interviews to assess skill fit, communication, and attitude.
  • Coordinate with department heads for final interviews and manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ensure adherence to defined hiring timelines.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements in sales and site teams.

Employee Management & HR Operations

  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees at the head office and regional offices.
  • Handle employee grievances, discipline, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave data.
  • Support payroll processing, confirmations, and exit formalities.
  • Conduct induction programs for new joiners and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities as per company standards.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities across departments and regional locations.
  • Conduct employee connect sessions and gather feedback to enhance workplace morale and satisfaction.
  • Support initiatives to reduce attrition, especially within sales and project execution teams.
  • Promote a professional, performance-driven, and collaborative work culture aligned with organizational values.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a real estate, or property consulting firm.
  • Strong understanding of real estate hiring profiles (sales, CRM, marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication (written and spoken English), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS systems, and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
