Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter who has prior exposure to hiring for corporate and non-academic roles within the EdTech or education services sector.

The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for departments like marketing, operations, sales, HR, and finance — not teaching or academic recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions (sales, marketing, operations, HR, finance, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate interactions across departments.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and dashboards.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of corporate recruitment experience, preferably in an EdTech company.
  • Must have experience hiring for non-academic roles (corporate positions).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and job portals.
