Focused on enabling secure, transparent, and compliant scaling, the Alliance also manages high-stakes cases involving corporate cyber fraud, data breaches, and intellectual property defense.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Lead Agentic AI/Machine Learning Architect. The selected candidate will design and develop advanced AI and machine learning architectures, lead software development efforts, and oversee system integrations for enterprise-scale solutions. Responsibilities include contributing to architectural design, guiding the implementation of AI models, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and security frameworks. Collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams and guiding junior engineers will be core aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Architecture, Architectural Design, and designing scalable AI and machine learning systems
  • Proficiency in Software Development and Integration with hands-on experience working on Generative AI frameworks like LangChain, RAG, or PyTorch
  • Strong skills in Project Management, capable of leading cross-functional teams and managing timelines effectively
  • Familiarity with global regulatory standards such as GDPR, EU AI Act, HIPAA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics
  • Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or related fields; certifications in AI/ML or relevant technologies are appreciated
  • Prior experience working in cybersecurity, data governance, or regulatory-driven technology domains is a plus
