Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Assistant Manager located in Bengaluru. The Ecommerce Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day management of online sales platforms, coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional strategies, and ensure seamless customer service experiences. Responsibilities include inventory management, analyzing sales data to inform strategy, and managing order fulfillment processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Ecommerce management and sales platforms
  • Skills in inventory management and order fulfillment
  • Strong analytical skills for sales data analysis
  • Proficiency in coordinating digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the tea industry is a plus
