Telemarketing Executive ( Lead Qualifier) DHL (Third-Party Payroll)
Location: Andheri (Chakala), Mumbai
Client: DHL (Global Logistics Leader) Employment Type: Third-party payroll
Role Overview:
As a Telemarketing Executive, you'll be the first point of contact between DHL and potential clients. Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads by pitching DHL's email software solutions—either on-premises or cloud-based—tailored to the logistics needs of various industries.
Calling Responsibilities:
* Make daily outbound calls to a validated list of companies provided by the team
* Engage with decision-makers such as IT Managers, Procurement Heads, and Admin Leads
* Understand client pain points and position DHL's email software as a solution
* Maintain a professional tone and build rapport quickly
* Document call outcomes and follow-up actions in CRM tools or Excel sheets
* Handle objections confidently and re-engage prospects with value-driven messaging
Sales Pitch Strategy for DHL Services:
* Highlight DHL's global reputation and reliability in logistics and communication solutions
* Emphasize the security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of the email software
* Tailor the pitch based on industry verticals based
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or tele calling
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Comfortable with lead generation and client pitching
* Proficient in multitasking and working under pressure
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel
* Ability to analyze and interpret data
* Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
Education:
* Graduate in any discipline
Work Schedule:
* Domestic process 6-day work week (Alternate Saturdays off)
Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
