Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Executive to manage on-ground activities related to operations. The role involves coordinating with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and TPA teams to ensure smooth claim processing, document collection, and patient support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and TPA offices for claim documentation and processing.
- Collect and submit required documents such as pre-authorization forms, discharge summaries, invoices, and ID proofs.
- Provide on-site assistance to patients and families during hospital admission or discharge for insurance-related procedures.
- Act as a liaison between the hospital, patient, and insurance/TPA representatives.
- Follow up with TPA teams to track claim status and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure all documents are accurately filled, signed, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintain logs and reports of daily visits, tasks completed, and issues encountered.
- Educate patients about the claim process and required paperwork when needed.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
- 1–2 years of experience in TPA coordination, hospital operations, or healthcare field services.
- Good understanding of health insurance, cashless procedures, and claim documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone-based reporting tools.
- Should be punctual, organized, and customer service oriented.
