We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and agreements to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
  • Support in managing the sales team, training new members, and ensuring adherence to processes.
  • Handle client queries, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the operations team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, real estate, or interior design industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Target-driven with strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
