Job Title: Sales TL / Sales Manager (Logistics Domain)
Location: Bengaluru, India

Industry: IT Solutions / Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportation Technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics, supply chain, and transportation sectors.
- Present and sell IT products and solutions that address client business challenges.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals and demonstrations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience in IT Sales, preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain / ERP / SaaS / Transportation domains.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience selling logistics automation, warehouse management, or transport management software (TMS/WMS) solutions.
- Exposure to CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
