Role & responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners, including branch managers and sales staff, to foster collaboration and drive sales.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets for designated products through the banca channel.
  • Product Promotion and Sales: Promoting as life insurance to bank customers.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Developing and implementing sales strategies, including marketing campaigns and promotional activities, to drive sales through the banca channel.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2+ years in BFSI industry
  • Experience in Life Insurance would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to motivate and drive performance
  • Proficiency in local market understanding and networking
