Job Description: Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential buyers, nurturing leads, presenting property offerings, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to build trust with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Client Engagement
- Handle inbound inquiries through calls, emails, site portals, and social media.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, timeline, and investment goals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert warm leads into site visits.
- Provide detailed information about projects, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
2. Pre-Sales Support
- Schedule and coordinate site/property visits for the sales team or clients.
- Prepare and share project brochures, floor plans, specifications, and other promotional material.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain accurate customer data and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
- Build positive relationships with prospective buyers to enhance conversion rates.
- Resolve initial client queries and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
4. Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and offers.
- Gain thorough knowledge of all project features, USPs, legal documentation, and approvals.
5. Performance & Reporting
- Meet monthly targets for lead qualification, follow-ups, and site visit conversions.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on lead status, follow-ups, and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in pre-sales, tele-sales, customer service, or real estate preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience with residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Multilingual proficiency (advantage for local markets).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to excel in sales.
