Decotales Interior is seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager who values speed, precision, and accountability. We need a leader with an obsession for customer satisfaction and a passion for driving excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring error-free execution, maintaining the highest quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery of all projects. In the event of any errors, both you and your team will be expected to take immediate responsibility, resolve the issues promptly by escalating them to management without delay, and ensure corrective measures are implemented swiftly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Raw Lead Handling**:Call and engage with raw leads from various sources to understand their requirements and filter qualified prospects.
**- Lead Qualification**: Assess and categorize leads, ensuring only relevant leads are passed on to the sales team.
**- Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule Experience Center (EC) or Virtual Calls (VC) with potential clients, coordinating with Sales Consultants to align availability.
**- Follow-ups & Engagement**:Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure high conversion rates and drive appointments.
**- Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new leads through multiple channels (social media, property listings, builder networks, etc.).
**- Data Management**: Maintain an accurate lead database, track follow-up status, and provide regular updates to management.
**- Collaboration**: Coordinate closely with the Sales Consultants to ensure a smooth handover of leads for consultation and closure.
**- Customer Experience**: Ensure a positive pre-sales experience, setting the tone for successful client engagement with Decotales.
**Qualifications and Expertise**:
1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or tele-calling roles.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any relevant field.
- Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leads, prioritize follow-ups, and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting targets and generating new leads.
- Basic knowledge of the interior design industry or experience working in a related field is a bonus.
- Proficient in CRM software and other lead management tools.
