Job Summary:

The Detailing Staff is responsible for cleaning, restoring, and finishing vehicles to a high standard of appearance. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of various cleaning and polishing techniques, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and detailing.
  • Apply protective coatings, cleaners, and treatments to maintain vehicle surfaces.
  • Remove stains, dirt, grime, and other contaminants from all surfaces.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Maintain and operate detailing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Handle customer vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during cleaning or detailing.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Keep the detailing area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Stay updated on new products, techniques, and best practices in vehicle detailing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning preferred.
  • Knowledge of detailing chemicals, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently and pay close attention to detail.
  • Good physical stamina and dexterity (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Education:

  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in automotive detailing or training is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
