Role Overview:

We are looking for a Processing Executive to join our Kochi operations team. The ideal candidate will handle insurance quotation processing, policy issuance, and coordination with the sales team and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process insurance quotations and policy documents accurately.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely policy issuance.
  • Follow up with insurance companies for quotations, endorsements, and clarifications.
  • Ensure proper documentation and CRM updates for all transactions.
  • Support the claims and service teams as required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Insurance, Commerce, or Business).
  • Prior experience in insurance processing or backend operations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month
