Job Description

Job Summary

The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services at the most competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. They support the organization's procurement strategy to optimize cost efficiency and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Track deliveries and resolve any supply or quality issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–8 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/purchasing software.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Male candidates preferred.
