ACCOUNTS AND PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

  • Qualification : BCOM/ Accounts related
  • Experience: Fresher / Minimum 2 yrs
  • Skill : Tally ERP, GST, TDS

  • Location: Coimbatore
  • ESI + Allowances given

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

  • TALLY purchase and sales bill entries.
  • Maintain accurate petty cash records with daily balance reports and weekly voucher preparation.
  • Submit reimbursement and petty cash closing reports every Wednesday.
  • Collect and submit bills and vouchers to Accounts within a day of purchase.
  • Ensure project Balance materials are returned to the office within 2 days after completion.
  • Verify material requirements with Purchase, Supervisor, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Update all project-related entries in ERP – purchase orders, invoices, and work orders.
  • Prepare delivery challans and waybills accurately and on time. Coordinate with Vehicle material movements.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and monthly stock reports.
  • Follow up on coloring/bending orders and ensure zero delay or quality deviation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹17,000.00 per month
