Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (both written and spoken), strong business acumen, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business trends.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent Hindi & English communication skills (both written and verbal) – mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online communication tools.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in IT services, software solutions, or related industries will be an advantage.
