  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our beverage sales in Dehradun. The role focuses on driving both primary sales (distributor-level) and secondary sales (retail-level), ensuring strong market presence and consistent revenue growth.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage distributor relationships to drive primary sales
  • Expand retail footprint through onboarding and servicing outlets for secondary sales
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across both channels
  • Execute in-store promotions, sampling, and visibility campaigns
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer support
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and market feedback
  • Candidate Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in beverage or FMCG sales
  • Proven track record in managing primary and secondary sales
  • Strong network in Dehradun's retail and hospitality sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Willingness to travel locally; own vehicle preferred
