- Job Summary
- We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our beverage sales in Dehradun. The role focuses on driving both primary sales (distributor-level) and secondary sales (retail-level), ensuring strong market presence and consistent revenue growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage distributor relationships to drive primary sales
- Expand retail footprint through onboarding and servicing outlets for secondary sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across both channels
- Execute in-store promotions, sampling, and visibility campaigns
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer support
- Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and market feedback
- Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in beverage or FMCG sales
- Proven track record in managing primary and secondary sales
- Strong network in Dehradun's retail and hospitality sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Willingness to travel locally; own vehicle preferred
