Full job description
Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth, accurate, and timely completion of all vehicle registration processes with the Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) in compliance with RTO regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and maintain all documents required for vehicle registration (e.g., insurance, invoice, ID proof, address proof, etc.).
- Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure registration documents are ready before vehicle delivery.
- Liaise with RTO offices and agents for submission and collection of registration certificates (RC).
- Ensure all registration numbers and temporary registration details are accurately updated in the DMS (Dealer Management System).
- Maintain a systematic filing system (physical and digital) for registration documents.
- Follow up with customers or sales teams for any missing or incorrect documentation.
- Handle number reservation requests (VIP/fancy numbers) and manage related payments and approvals.
- Monitor and renew Trade Certificates and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to vehicle registration.
- Assist the accounts team with payments related to RTO transactions.
- Handle any customer queries related to registration or RC book delivery.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of RTO procedures and documentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Graduation (Any Discipline).
- Experience: 1–3 years in automobile dealership / RTO documentation / vehicle registration handling.
- Language Proficiency: Malayalam, English (Hindi is an added advantage).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
