Your role and responsibilities

The Regional Pricing Manager is part of the global BL Industries Pricing Management and Excellence organization with the primary role to partner with the local Industries business lines leadership and teams to define and execute effective pricing strategies and tactics in a variety of markets and segments. You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Provide pricing thought leadership and support countries and business lines in developing effective pricing policies and strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the global RAIN vision for pricing excellence.
  • Lead and support countries in implementing pricing strategies, including PIM and Strategic Price Plans.
  • Guide and govern indirect channel pricing policies, including deployment and follow-up.
  • Conduct price performance reviews with countries during monthly sales reviews and drive related actions.
  • Analyze pricing metrics and data to derive insights, forecast impacts, and estimate customer willingness to pay.
  • Support global management and countries with deal analysis and overall pricing strategy alignment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for pricing-related topics and help drive value-based pricing behaviors across the organization.

Qualifications for the role

Min. Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering or similar field. Min 5 years of experience in price management or related field with a proven track record of creating tangible impact. Experience in B2B price management in the Robotics or similar type industry strongly preferred. Deep expertise with state-of-the-art pricing methods and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to persuade and engage people across multiple functions and geographies. Ability to deal with complex, global context of a large multinational.
