Job Description:

We are looking for a female Front Desk Receptionist for our hospital. The candidate should have prior experience working in a hospital or clinic and must be professional, polite, and well-organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors at the reception desk.
  • Handle patient inquiries in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain patient records and appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth patient flow.
  • Manage billing, payments, and other front desk operations.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist in a hospital/clinic is mandatory.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software preferred).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
