We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Investment Insights Associates 

Principal responsibilities 

Creating powerful insights and engaging content for HSBC clients using primary and secondary research and supplied briefs.  Research on wealth products/platforms and global/regional economies and generate meaningful insights for client's consumption.Ensure all content is accurate and adheres to copy and content standards.Troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of technical issues with the content management systemExperience of delivering digital best practice in areas such as content management , content strategy, web analytics, optimization.Experience of working with web publishing tools, content management systems, at least 3 years of specific experience with Adobe Experience Manager is mandatory and project management tools (Jira/Confluence or similar)Strong understanding of wealth products, asset classes and world/regional economy.Experience in sprint planning and Agile ways of working is advantageousStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues, resolve differences and influence stakeholders

Qualifications - External 

  • Experience of working with web publishing tools, content management systems.
  • At least 3 years of specific experience with Adobe Experience Manager is mandatory and project management tools (Jira/Confluence or similar)
  • Bachelors or Masters preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of technical issues
  • Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success.
  • Maintain the level of communication/interaction across the team and direct manager including onshore business partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is advantageous.
