Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insights Analyst, located in Bengaluru. The Insights Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and deriving customer insights to drive business decisions. Daily tasks include gathering and interpreting data, creating reports, and presenting findings to various departments. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to provide actionable insights for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics expertise
  • Experience in Market Research and deriving Customer Insight
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Experience in the tech or real estate industry is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
