Title: E-commerce Executive

Location: Chennai

Experience Required: 2 to 3 years

We are looking for an experienced Product / E-Commerce Executive with Shopify knowledge who can join us immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Managing and maintaining the e-commerce website and online marketplace accounts (e.g., product listings, pricing, and content).
  • Sales and Strategy: Developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales and profitability, and meeting sales targets.
  • Digital Marketing: Executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC), email marketing, and social media promotions to drive traffic.
  • Product & Inventory: Overseeing the creation and optimization of product listings (descriptions, images, keywords) and coordinating with logistics/supply chain to manage stock levels and order fulfillment.
  • Data Analysis: Using tools like Google Analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and monitor customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
