Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Amazon & Flipkart)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive
to manage our presence on
Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling
end-to-end operations
and driving platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    end-to-end e-commerce operations
    on Amazon & Flipkart.
  • Create, update, and optimize
    product listings
    , titles, keywords, images, and content.
  • Monitor
    inventory levels
    , coordinate stock updates, and avoid OOS situations.
  • Optimize the ad campaign daily with a more data-driven approach.
  • Handle order processing
    , tracking, returns, and replacements.
  • Manage
    account health
    , performance metrics, and resolve violations or warnings.
  • Plan and execute platform-specific
    promotions, coupons, deals, and campaigns
    .
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, and dispatch.
  • Analyse sales, traffic, and conversion data to drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and timely documentation submission.
  • Communicate with Amazon/Flipkart support teams for issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum
    6 months of experience
    in Amazon/Flipkart marketplace management.
  • Strong understanding of
    E-commerce operations and marketplace dashboards
    .
  • Basic knowledge of
    listing SEO
    , keywords, and catalogue management.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate).
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other platforms like Meesho, Jiomart, Zepto, Blinkit (if any).
  • Understanding of advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads/Flipkart Ads).
  • Educational background in
    Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields
