Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Website & Platform Management: Oversee the design, functionality, and user experience of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless navigation and resolving technical issues.
  • Digital Marketing & Sales: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing, to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze website analytics, sales data, and customer feedback to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Product Management: Coordinate with creative and web development teams for product launches, creating landing pages and collections to support new items.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional offers and campaigns across social media platforms to increase engagement and sales.
  • Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, IT, product, and customer service, to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.
  • Security: Ensure the website's security and the protection of customer data by working with security specialists and overseeing secure payment systems.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: A bachelor's degree is generally required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and data analysis is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (like Shopify), web analytics tools, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success.
