Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive E-commerce Executive who can handle multiple aspects of online business operations. This is an all-rounder role—ideal for someone who enjoys learning new things, and growing with a fast-evolving brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings across our website and external marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart etc.)
  • Maintain and update product Excel sheets, stock reports, and dashboards
  • Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch and order fulfillment
  • Handle basic telecalling for abandoned checkouts and customer follow-ups
  • Monitor daily sales, stock levels, and online performance metrics
  • Assist in content uploads, pricing updates, and offer management across platforms
  • Support in operational and marketing activities as required

Requirements:

  • 1+ of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail preferred
  • Strong Excel and data management skills
  • Understanding of online marketplaces (Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, etc.)
  • Excellent

    English, Hindi & Tamil
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to learning new skills
  • Must be a multitasker who enjoys variety and fast-paced work environments
